Note on Soy Free Posts:
I have segregated all of my recipes which do not overtly contain soy or soy products (no Braggs liquid aminos, San-J wheat free tamari, or tofu shirataki noodles). Some recipes use Smart Balance or Earth Balance non-hydrogenated, trans-fat free vegan butter. These butter substitutes do contain soybean and flax oils. Substitute your own butter or margarine as needed. If you eat canned tuna or any processed foods, read carefully for soy lethicin and soy hidden in seasonings and vegetable broth.
