handful fresh asparagus
slice raw red cabbage
2-3 slices fresh red bell pepper
slices jalapeno
5-6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and pepper
Add olive oil and garlic to fry pan and saute garlic over medium heat until light brown. Turn heat to low and add asparagus, chopped in thirds, cabbage and peppers. Saute garlic and veggies for about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
