•4 – 5 Marrows
•2 garlic cloves
•½ glass of milk
•Olive oil
•Salt
•Sugar
•Cured ham
•Kitchen tools:
•Medium pot and cover
•Wooden spoon
•Electric mixer

•Peal the marrows and put them under the tap water.
• Slice them into small pieces and cook them in a medium pot with 5 olive oil spoons aprox.
•The fire should be low. Keep on stirring every 3-5 minutes.
•After 15 minutes, drop the 2 garlic cloves.
•Pour some salt.
•Keep on stirring.
•When you see the apperance like in the picture (soft and breaky), take it out of the fire.
•Use an electric mixer to get an homogeneous texture.
•Add half a glass of milk and use the electric mixer again.
•Taste and pour more salt if it’s too sweet.
•If it’s a bit bitter, pour a bit of sugar until you get the taste you want.
•Cut some cured ham and drop on top.
