10 raw organic dates, pitted (no sulfur)
5 whole raw almonds
5 whole raw walnuts

Gently insert nut into the date pit hole (no perversion here, I promise!). You can use any kind of nut you want, but almonds work best for shape and walnuts are the healthiest nut.
