300g rice flour
3 eggs
200ml coconut milk
1/4 tsp pandan juice
Sesoning
180g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and seasoning together till mixture is smooth. Set aside.
- Heat oil in wok. Place bee-hive mould in heated oil and heat the mould till hot. Remove and dip into mixture. Return mould to hot oil and deep-fry till golden-brown. Repeat process till mixture is used up.
