200g Udon
80g beef slices,
small amount of spinach
small amount of Dashi water
Udon sauce
18ml Japaneses light soya sauce
18ml Mirin
Method:
- Blanch the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute and remove from heat.
- Blanch the beef slices and spinach.
- Boil the Udon sauce and Dashi water, add in the noodles.
- Add in the beef and spinach, stir for a moment.
- Remove from heat, dish out and serve.
