Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef.
- 2 cups of sweet red peppers (including sauce).
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (drained).
- 1 cup of grated mature Cheddar cheese.
Place peppers, including liquid, into food processor; process until peppers are cut into very small pieces.Brown meat and onions in a pan.Add peppers, mushrooms, and cheese to pan.Spoon into bottom crust.Cover with top crust, and seal the edges.Bake at 350°F until crust is golden-brown, and pie is heated through...the beef & pepper pie is ready...great taste ...!
