Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients.
- Add the marinade to lamb.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours.
