Ingredients:
300g rice flour
3 eggs
200ml coconut milk
1/4tsp pandan juice
Seasoning:
180g sugar
1/2tsp salt
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and seasoning together till mixture is smooth. Set aside.
- Heat oil in wok. Place beehive mould in heated oil and heat mould till hot. Remove and dip into mixture. Return mould to hot oil and deep fry till golden brown. Repeat process till mixture is used up.
