Hamburger Casserole Recipe INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1/2 chili brick
- 1 c. grated cheese (your choice)
- 1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Hamburger Casserole Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together. Spread in bottom of casserole pan (greased). Mix: 3/4 c. Bisquick 3 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepperMix all ingredients together until smooth. (Optional: Can add green pepper and mushrooms to meat mixture.) Pour over meat mixture. Cook 35 to 40 minutes in 400 degree oven. The hamburger casserole recipe is ready for feasts ! Enjoy !
