pig's bladder soup

Ingredients:

75g dried beancurd sticks
4 pi'g's bladders
4 red dates

Seasoning:

salt

Method:
  1. Wash, soak and section beancurd sticks. Wash red dates and remove pits.
  2. Cut away fat from bladders and rub over with coarse salt. Parboil for 2 minutes and dish up.
  3. Boil suitable amount of water.Put in bladders and cook for 30 minutes. Add beancurd sticks and red dates. Cook for 2 hours. Stir in seasoing. Serve.
