38g huai-shan
19g lotus seeds
1 pigeon
2 slices ginger
10 cups water
Seasoning:
salt
Method:
- Wash huai-shan and lotus seeds.
- Cut open, gut and wash pigeon. Blance in boiling water together with dinger and spring onion for 3 minutes. Remove.
- Boil water in pot, add in pigeon, cook for 30 minutes.
- Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours, add seasoning. Serve.
