1/2 cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together well.
- Drop teaspoonsful on a greased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake to a nice golden brown and until crisp in a 175 °C oven.
- Allow to cool.
- Store in an air tight container.
