Ingredients
- 1/3 cup(s) bottled chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/4 pound(s) beef cubed steaks
- Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. In medium bowl, mix chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
- If steaks are large, cut each into serving-size pieces. Dip each steak into chili-sauce mixture to coat. Place steaks on rack in broiling pan. With oven rack at closest position to source of heat, broil steaks 5 minutes without turning. Spoon any juices in bottom of broiling pan over steaks to serve.
