Mmmm.. fried fish just isn't the same without yummy tartar sauce on
the side. I normally purchase tartar sauce from the store but since I got this recipe I prefer the homemade kind. It's simple, quick, & creamy just the way I like it. I get so many wonderful recipes sent to me and I can't for the life of me remember who sent this, so if you gave me this recipe please let me know so I can sing your praises! I highly suggest letting it sit for an hour or two before serving it. The first time I made this I served it as soon as I was done mixing it and I was highly
disappointed. It tasted just like some regular old
mayonnaise. I tried it again the next day and it was delicious! The flavors really need a chance to combine well.
