Baked Mahi With Raspberry Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 6 pieces (6 oz size) mahi mahi
  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
INSTRUCTIONS

Rub the butter on bottom of the baking dish; arrange the Mahi Mahi fish in the dish.
Pour the vinegars and cream over the Mahi Mahi fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 450 degress for 12 minutes. The grilled mahi mahi recipe is ready...enjoy it !
