Ingredients
12 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 slices of cooked crumbled bacon
2 tablespoons finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley Salt & Pepper

Instructions
- In a large sauce pan add water and a few dashes of salt(this will make them super easy to peel). Add a dozen eggs and boil.
- To test the eggs and see if they are done, take one out and roll it on your counter, if it rolls side ways it's done, if it rolls straight cook longer.
- Get a larger metal bowl and add ice and water. Place eggs in bowl and let sit a while, until cool.
- Peel eggs and cut all lengthwise in half.
- With a spoon scoop out the yolks and place in a medium sized bowl. Add other ingredients listed above. You can use bacon bit found in the salad dressing section of your grocery store, but it tastes so much better if you use real bacon
- Top each egg with a sliced black olive if you'd like for garnish.
