Mango Salsa

Whole foods had some amazing mangos on sale which prompted us on making this healthy, delicious and flavorful salsa! It's such an easy and quick recipe that you'll find yourself making it often.







Ingredients:



2 Mangos

2 Limes

1 Red Onion

Fire Roasted Corn (found in Trader Joe's freezer section)

1 Red Bell Pepper

Salt

Pepper

Chili Powder



Chop all ingredients in mixing bowl.  Squeeze limes (to taste) and add salt, pepper, and chili powder.  We also like to add a bit of Tapatio Hot Sauce.
