Ingredients
Trimmed and peeled asparagus (900gms), eggs, hard cooked (2), olive oil (4tbsp), white wine vinegar (3tbsp), salt (1/2tsp), freshly ground pepper (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
Take a large pot, add salted water in it and then steam the asparagus in it until the asparagus get tender. Now take out the asparagus from the pot and then wash it under the tap running water. Pat dry the asparagus and then cut it into very small pieces of about ½ inch. Take hard boiled eggs, separate the egg whites and yolks and then chop them. Take al bowl, mix oil, pepper, salt and vinegar in it. Add asparagus and then mix it. Now add the chopped egg yolks and whites in the bowl and mix them properly.
