Ingredients
Chopped cucumber (2c), fresh grated coconut (2 to 3 tbsp), lime juice (1tsp), sugar (1/4tsp), salt (1/4tsp), chopped coriander leaves (1tbsp).
For Seasoning:- Curry leaves (4 to 5), green or red chilies (to taste, slit in two), cumin seeds (1/4tsp), mustard seeds (1/4tsp), oil (1tsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it. When they get splutter then add chili pieces in it. Add curry leaves and asofoetida in it. Now take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Take a salad bowl, add cucumber, lime juice, coriander leaves, coconut, sugar and salt in it. Now pour the cooled seasoning in it and then mix it well. Salad is ready to serve. Serve iot immediately or keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to cool and then serve it.
