Kachi Lassi

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons rose syrup (any brand, I prefer roohafza easily available in Asian grocery stores) 
1 glass chilled water 
2 tablespoons milk 


Instructions:

Pour the rose syrup in a glass. 
Add chilled water, leaving enough space to add milk. 
Add milk; stir well. 
You can add ice too. 


Kachi Lassi is very useful in summers as it has cooling effects.
When eating mangoes in summers it is always recommended to have a glass of Kachi Lassi at the end as it sooths the throat and avoids any irritation of throat after having eaten mangoes.
