Vegetable Paneer Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
Pizza bread (2 med.), pizza sauce (8tbsp), grated mozzarella cheese (150gms), capsicum, cut into thin rings (2), paneer, cut into small cubes (200gms), spinach, finely chopped, washed and blanched (1bunch), butter (for applying on the pizza bread (2tsp).
For Pizza sauce:- Tomato sauce (5tbsp), finely sliced onions (6med.), butter (4tbsp), chopped tomatoes (6med.), salt (to taste), red chili powder ( 1 1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
vegetable-paneer-pizzaFor Pizza sauce:- Take a heavy vessel, heat butter in it. Sauté onions in it over low heat until they turn pink in color. Then add tomatoes and sauté them for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic sauce, tomato sauce, salt and red chili powder in it and sauté them for about 5 minutes. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool and then blend it coarsely in a blender.
For Pizza:- take pizza breads, apply butter on each bread and then spread the sauce on it. Place the blanched spinach in layer on it. Put the paner cubes on the top and then place the capsicum rings on it. Add the grated cheese on it and then bake the pizza in oven at 160 degrees C. until the bread gets crispy and the cheese gets melt. Now take out the pizza from the oven, cut it into triangles and then serve it hot.
