Ingredients
2 cups chopped onion
3 celery ribs, sliced (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup butter
2-3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1 cup Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Poultry Seasoning
1 package (14 ounces) cubed country-style stuffing or herb-seasoned stuffing
Salt and pepper to taste, optional
Directions- In a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook onions and celery in butter until tender. Add chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
- Stir in cranberries, walnuts and poultry seasoning. Add stuffing and gently combine ingredients. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Spoon into a greased 2-1/2-qt. casserole. Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes or until hot and broth is completely absorbed. Yield: 12 servings.
