Oven-Cooked Bacon

This is the simplest recipe ever.
For real.
It saves so much clean up and so much stink and so much greasiness coating my stovetop.
It saves me from getting burnt by grease splatter.
It saves me from undercooking or overcooking the bacon--because, yes, I stink at cooking bacon.

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil (be sure to line the foil up the edges to contain all of the grease. I didn't do this and I was sorry!)
3. Lay strips of (defrosted) raw bacon on the foil.
4. Cook for 15 minutes.
5. Remove bacon from the pan onto a plate covered with paper towels to soak up excess grease.
6. Eat your heart out.
