Welcome

Its almost 8pm and sitting here after a busy afternoon of cooking, I decided that sharing my meal worthy adventures in the form of a blog would be a pretty good idea.

I have a book case that is bulging with cookbooks from every corner of the globe that I delve into weekly to try and bring delicious foods together for my family every day.

I have two children (at time of writing my little girl is 5 and my little boy is 4) both of whom love trying the new foods that I bring to the table, along with my husband who is happy to try out anything that I cook and is my greatest foodie fan. I also cook for my gran who is almost 80, she is the reason that I started cooking, helping her in the kitchen as a child with her German recipes & her two daughters, one of whom is my mum who when it comes to cooking could rightly burn a pan of water, and my auntie who is more like a sister and a fantastic baker.

Sharing with you the joys, successes & failures along with my pictures and recipes that I create for my family in my quest to serve good tasty food whilst I stick to a healthy eating plan in order to get fit, healthy and do the very best for me and my family.
