Black forest cake is loved by every one, specially youngsters like it very much. It is a honest try to make it in microwave to reduce cooking time and save energy. Yet it is so delicious.

Ingredients to make Black Forest Cake:



For making cake:



Maida (hard flour)
:
250 gram
Crushed sugar
:
150 gram
Butter
:
100 gram
Baking soda
:
1 ½ tea spoon
Cooking soda
:
½ tea spoon
Milk
:
2 cup
Coco powder
:
1 ½ table spoon
Drinking chocolate powder

:
3 table spoon
For icing:



Fresh cream
:
250 gram
Icing sugar
:
100 gram
Shredded chocolate
:
1 cup
Vanilla essence

:
¼ tea spoon
For garnishing:



Tinned cherry






Method of making Black Forest Cake:

  1. Add crushed sugar in butter and beat it finely for 2 -3 minutes. Keep a side.
  2. Sift maida, baking soda, cooking soda, coco powder and drinking chocolate powder to gather for 3 - 4 times. 
  3. Now add some milk in butter mixture and beat it properly, then add some more milk in the better and add flour in to it ,add milk and beat it continually for about 10 minutes.
  4. Pour it to greased microwave proof bowl and bake it for 10 minutes at micro-medium. 
  5. Let the cake cool at room temp.by giving rest on wire rack after un molding
  6. Divide in to two pieces horrizently. Soak with sugar syrup.
  7. Now add icing sugar and vanilla essence in cream and whip it properly.
  8. Apply whipped cream on lower part and place upper part on it, now cover whole Black forest cake with whipped cream and garnish with cherry and shredded chocolate .
