  1. Boil and mash the potatoes and green peas.
  2. Boil washed spinach leaves without water. Grind coarsly.
  3. Mix to gather the mashed potatoes,green peas,spinach leaves,paneer,chopped onion,green chillies,coriander leaves and all dry masalas. Add salt and lime juice.
  4. Shape into balls,roll into bread crumbs,and deep fry in hot oil. You can shallow fry also.
  5. Serve hot Bhara Kabab with coriander-mint chutney.
