Ingredients to make Lassi - mango flavor:
Hung curd   (hang for 1 hour)  |    :  |    1 ½ cup  |   
Mango pulp  |    :  |    1 ½ cup  |   
Chilled milk     |    :  |    ½ cup  |   
Powder sugar  |    :  |    3 tea   spoon  |   
For garnishing:  |    ||
Mango (chopped)  |    ||
Roasted nuts  |    
- Hang curd for 1 hour in refrigerator. Mix yogurt, milk, mango pulp and sugar and churn properly.
 - Pour mango lassi in a serving glass and garnish with chopped mangoes and roasted nuts.
 - Serve chilled mango lassi.
