This home made chocolate ice cream cake recipe is very nice chocolaty frozen desert. It must be loved by all. This recipe is very easy and testy so that you can make it easily before serving.

Cooking time – 30 minutes
Ingredients to make Ice Cream Cake:
Chocolate ice cream | : | 1 liter |
Chocolate cake | : | 1 recipe |
Finely chopped almonds | : | 10 – 12 |
Sugar | : | 2 table spoon |
Chocolate sauce | : | 2 table spoon |

- Prepare a Chocolate Cake keep a side.
- Prepare Chocolate Ice Cream before a day.
- Take a thick bottom or non stick pen and heat sugar in it, when the sugar melts and turn in to light brown color add chopped almond in it. Spread it in greased dish and roughly crush it when cool. Keep it in air tight container.
- Cut the cake into two horizontally.
- Apply chocolate sauce over each part of the cake.
- Spread 1/3 part of the ice cream on the bottom of the cake tin, now press half part of the cake on it and press it lightly.
- Again spread another 1/3 part of the ice cream over the cake and sprinkle sweet almonds over it, then cover it with other part of the cake. And now apply remaining part of ice cream on the cake.
- Cover the cake tin with aluminum foil. Place in the deep freeze for at least 2 hours.
- UN mold the ice cream cake before serving. Cut it and garnish with sweet almonds,whipped chocolate cream and chocolate chips. Serve chilled.
