Learn, How to make home made Kulfi recipe for summer


Lovely summer desert you can cook in under 20 minutes in the microwave. kulfi is a rich recipe with the use of dry fruits and milk.

Ingredients to make Kulfi:



Full fat milk
:
4 cups
Pounded seeds of cardamom
:
2 – 3
Sugar
:
2 teaspoon
Corn flour
:
2 tea spoon
Blanched & chopped almonds

Gits Kulfi Ice Cream Mix 100gmMethod to make Kulfi:
  1. Bring the milk to a boil on the fire, than pour into a largish microwave - safe dish. Stir in the cardamom and saffron, now microwave at 100% power for 2 minutes, then reduce the power at 80% cook for 17 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sugar, corn flour slurry and almonds. Microwave at the same level for 2 minutes.
  2. Stand 3 - 4 minutes, then stir in the saffron essence and pour into kulfi mold. Freeze.
  3. Thaw kulfi for a few minutes at a room temperature before serving.
