Indian traditional lassi is now with rich test of dry fruits like cream, nuts, pistachio, almonds and raisins.

Ingredients to make Lassi With Nuts:



Hung curd
:
2 cups
Fresh cream
:
4 table spoon
Powder sugar
:
3 table spoon
Saffron
:
4 – 5 strands
Milk
:
½ cup + 2 table spoon
Chopped almonds
:
8 – 10
Chopped pistachio
:
4 – 5
Raisins
:
8 – 10
Cardamom powder
:
¼ tea spoon

  1. Hang curd for 1 hour in refrigerator. Soak saffron strands in 2 tea spoon milk.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and churn it properly.
  3. Garnish lassi with chopped almonds, pistachio, raisins, 1 - 2 saffron strands and cardamom powder.
