Ingredients to make Lassi With Nuts:
Hung curd | : | 2 cups |
Fresh cream | : | 4 table spoon |
Powder sugar | : | 3 table spoon |
Saffron | : | 4 – 5 strands |
Milk | : | ½ cup + 2 table spoon |
Chopped almonds | : | 8 – 10 |
Chopped pistachio | : | 4 – 5 |
Raisins | : | 8 – 10 |
Cardamom powder | : | ¼ tea spoon |
Method to make Lassi with nuts:
- Hang curd for 1 hour in refrigerator. Soak saffron strands in 2 tea spoon milk.
- Mix all ingredients together and churn it properly.
- Garnish lassi with chopped almonds, pistachio, raisins, 1 - 2 saffron strands and cardamom powder.
