Learn, how to make rich creamy pasta salad
Pasta salad is a rich & creamy salad recipe. As it contains vegetables and fruits, it is full of test and health.

Ingredients to make Pasta Salad:
Pasta | : | 1 cup |
Carrot – chopped | : | 1 |
Cucumber – chopped | : | 1 |
Capsicum – chopped | : | 1 |
Tomato – chopped | : | 1 |
Apple – chopped | : | ½ |
: | ½ | |
Single fat cream | : | 2 table spoon |
Black pepper powder | : | ½ tea spoon |
Chilly flacks | : | ½ tea spoon |
Oregano | : | ½ tea spoon |
Salt to taste
- Boil pasta in the boiling water. Drain it in cold water and keep a side.
- You can take elbow, bow or shell shaped pasta you want.
- Mix all vegetables and fruits in a mixing bowl, sprinkle salt, black pepper, chilly flacks and oregano and mix well.
- Add pastas and single fat cream in it and mix it properly.
- Let it cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
