Ingredients to make Pineapple cake:
Condensed milk | : | ½ tin (200 gram) |
Soda water | : | 100 ml |
Butter | : | 60 gram |
Sugar | : | 1 table spoon |
Cake flour | : | 125 gram (1 ½ cup) |
Cooking soda | : | ¾ tea spoon |
Baking soda | : | ¾ tea spoon |
Pineapple essence | : | ½ tea spoon |
- Sift cake flour, baking soda and cooking soda together for 3 - 4 times keep a side.
- Mix sugar, condensed milk and butter in a big bowl beat for at least 5 minute continually.
- Add soda water and pineapple essence in it and mix well.
- Add sifted cake flour step by step and beat it properly.
- Beat it for about 3 - 4 minute or till it becomes fluffy.
- Pour the mixture in a greased and dusted cake tin.
- Bake the pineapple cake for 30 - 40 minutes at 150 `temp. in preheated oven.
- when ready let it cool at room temp.on a wire rack.
- Make desire icing on Pineapple Cake and serve cool.
