Ingredients to make Rava Dosa:
Sooji | : | 1 cup |
Rice flour | : | 1 cup |
Cumin seeds | : | ¼ tea spoon |
Chopped green chilly | : | 2 – 3 |
Chopped coriander | : | 2 table spoon |
Cooking soda | : | ¼ tea spoon |
Oil | : | 3 tea spoon |
Salt to test |
Method to make Rava Dosa:
- Mix sooji, rice flour, cooking soda and salt together, make thin better from them by adding sufficient water.
- Now heat oil and add cumin seeds in it then add green chillies in to the hot oil. Mix it properly after adding in better. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Heat a non stick tava and make rava dosa from the better.
- Serve hot and crispy rava dosa with chutney and sambhar.
