Conventional diet wisdom says to lower the amount of fat and calories that you eat. Unfortunately though, that is partially wrong. Some of the foods that you should eat every day include things like avocados, nuts, cheese, and olive oil. Most diets would have you eliminate all those foods simply because they are high in fat. However, research has shown that people who eat these foods are a lot thinner on average than those that avoid them. They are also probably a lot happier because they get to enjoy great tasting meals and recipes, while other dieters try to make meals out of rice cakes and carrots.
