Squid Oyster Sauce Recipe, Indonesian food From West Indonesia and China



 Hello again.... This time Indonesian Foods Recipes Blog  will create a menu of regional cuisine Indonesia west sumatra, oyster sauce menu itself is actually derived from Chinese cuisine which is then vary with the tastes of people in western Indonesia. So this is the next Indonesian Recipe...
 
Ingredients:  
* 350 grams headless squid  
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice  
* 1 teaspoon fish sauce  
* 2 cloves garlic,   
* Finely chopped 1 / 2 Bombay onion,  
* Cut into 1 cm ginger,  
* Crushed 2 green chilies,  
* Cut into diagonal 1 / 2 fruit tomato, cut into pieces  
*  2 tablespoons oyster sauce  
* 1 / 2 teaspoon fish sauce  
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce  
* 1 / 4 teaspoon salt  
* 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper powder  
* 200 ml water  
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch,  dissolved in  1 teaspoon water  
* 1 stalk spring onion, cut into diagonal 1 1 / 2 cm  

Instructions:
   1. Cut two squid, cut into 5x5 cm, slice-slice the inside of squid.
    2. Marinate with lemon juice and fish sauce. Set aside
    3. Saute garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant.
    4. Add green chilies. Stir until wilted.
    5. Enter the squid. Stir until it changes color.
    6. Add tomatoes. Stir until wilted.
    7. Enter the oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    8. Pour water. Cook until boiling. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Bring to a boil again.
    9. Add green onion. Mix well. Lift
