How To Make Fried Rice

Chinese fried rice is a very very well known recipe of Chinese cousin. Here is a home made recipe trying to make it simple and fast.

Ingredients to make Fried rice:



Basmati rice
:
1 ½ cup
French beans – cut in diamond shape
:
100 gram
Carrot - cut in diamond shape
:
100 gram
Capsicum - cut in diamond shape
:
100 gram
Spring onion - cut in diamond shape
:
1 cup
Ginger pest
:
1 table spoon
Garlic pest
:
1 table spoon
Soya sauce
:
1 table spoon
Chilly sauce
:
2 tea spoon
Vinegar
:
1 tea spoon
Aaji no motto
:
½ tea spoon
Oil
:
4 table spoon
Salt to taste






Ching's Secret Ready to Eat Veg Schezwan Fried Rice - 8.8ozMethod to make Fried Rice:
  1. Wash and soak the basmati rice for half an hour. Drain the water. Make water to boil and add salt, 1 tea spoon ghee and 1 tea spoon of lemon juice in it,when boil add soaked rice, let it cook. When cooked drain and keep a side.
  2. Take oil in a pan, add french beans, carrots and capsicum in hot oil. shallow fry for a minute and add spring onion and aaji no motto to it. Now add spring onion to it and add ginger garlic pest.
  3. Add cooked rice and mix chilly sauce,soya sauce and vinegar to it, mix well.
  4. Add salt to taste. Mix it and garnish with spring onion. Fried Rice is ready to serve.
