
Spanish rice is very delicious and tangy rice. As it contains tomato pure and green vegetables also it is full of protein and vitamins.

Ingredients to make Spanish Rice:
Basmati rice | : | 1 cup |
Finely chopped onion | : | ¾ cup |
Tomato pure | : | 750 gram |
Chopped capsicum | : | ½ cup |
Chopped French beans(boiled) | : | ¼ cup |
Chopped paneer | : | ¼ cup |
Chopped carrots(boiled) | : | ¼ cups |
Green peas(boiled) | : | ¼ cup |
Salt to taste | | |
Red chilly powder | : | 2 tea spoon |
Black pepper powder | : | 1 tea spoon |
Oil | : | 2 table spoon |
For garnishing: | | |

- Soak rice for half an hour, boil it and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry for a while, now add tomato pure and let it cook properly.
- Add salt,pepper powder and red chilly powder in it, let it cook.
- Now add green peas,carrots,french beans,paneer and capsicum to it. After a minute add boiled rice and mix it very slowly.
- Garnish with coriander laves. Delicious and tangy Spanish Rice is ready to serve.
