- Heat butter in a pen, fry onion and carrot in it for 2 minutes.
- Now pour 7 cups of water and when it is boiling add chopped tomatoes and cook to boil. Add corn flour slurry and let it thick.
- Churn strain with desire strainer.
- Add salt and pepper powder to test.
- Garnish with cream and serve hot tomato soup with bread sticks.
