- 1/2 kg potatoes
- 2 eggs
- black pepper to taste
- 3 tsp plain flaur
- salt to taste
- 2 green chillie paste
- a small piece of paneer
- bread crumbs as req
- oil for dip frying
- FOR SPECIAL SAUCE:
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 4 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilli or hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp oregano powder
- a pinch of chinese salt
Grind row potatoes now add all ingredients and mix it well.
Heat a oil in pan with medium flame when it warms then add mixture just like pakoras.
When it becomes golden colour then turn out.
For making sauce; put all ingredients of sauce in a sauce pan and heat it for 10 minutes with low flame.
Serve this potato puff with sauce.
