- 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
 - 1 tsp. lemon juice
 - 1 tbsp. water
 - 1 slice white bread
 - 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
 - Artificial sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar
 
Method:Cook sweetener, cinnamon, water, and apples with the lemon juice.
Cook until tender. Cool. Remove the crust from bread. Roll thin.
1 / 2 bread, whisk the apple. Fold diagonally.
Moisten edges and press together with fork.
Bake at 425 degrees until crisp slow.
