Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (8 large lemons)
5-7 cups water
Preparation:
- Stir together sugar and 1/2 cup boiling water until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice, and 5-7 cups water.
- Chill. Serve over ice.
