Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tspn. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1 cup olive oil
1 cup canola oil
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the olive oil and canola oil.
