- 1 1/2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
- 4 tbsp Steamed Rice
- 2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp chopped green chillies
- 2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
- 3 tbsp curds (dahi)
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste

- oil for cooking
All ingredients and knead the mixture into a firm dough using enough water.
Divide dough into 6 equal parts.
Roll each portion into a circle of 150 mm. (6 ") diameter and 6 mm (¼) thickness.
A tava (griddle) heat and cook until brown on both sides of each bread.
Rough edges with a spoon to press down on the inside to make sure the bread is cooked through.
Repeat with remaining flour to make bread from the 5.
Serve hot.
