Learn how to make Tandoori wraps.
Wraps or Frankie are very popular now. They are easy and quick to make and of course easy to carry also. This recipe contains paneer – cottage cheese and lots of vegetables so, it is full of calcium and vitamins.
Preparation time – 10 – 15 minutes
Cooking time – 20 minutes
Serves – 4
Ingredients to make Tandoori paneer wraps:
8 half cooked roties
250 gram dies cut paneer
For spread:
6 to 7 table spoon mayonnaise
2 table spoon curd
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon powder sugar
For marination:
2 table spoon garlic chutney
½ tea spoon garam masalo
Salt to taste
4 table spoon curd
2 table spoon roasted gram flour
Oil or butter to shallow frying
Salad:
½ cup Grated cabbage
¼ cup Grated carrot
¼ cup Long sliced tomatoes
¼ cup Long sliced capsicum
½ cup grated onion
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
Method to make Tandoori Paneer Wraps:
• For Spread:
• Mix mayonnaise, curd, salt and powder sugar, keep a side.
• For Marination:
• Mix garlic chutney, garam masalo, salt, curd and roasted gram flour to gather. Add paneer pieces in it. Marinate paneer for 10 minutes. Put paneer in griller for 2 minutes.
• Mix salad, salt and black pepper powder, keep a side.
• Take a half cook roti spread above mixture over it. Spread salad over it. Spread paneer pieces over it.
• Fold roti and shallow fry with butter or oil.
• Repeat process for other.
• Serve hot Tandoori Paneer Wraps with tomato ketch up.
