- Kaju 1 cup
- Potato 2
- Onion 3
- Coconut 1/2
- Red chilly powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt
Kaju soak in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
Peel potatoes and make pieces.
Grate coconut and chopped onion.
In a kadai heat 1 tbsp oil and fry until brown 1 chopped onion.
Then add grated coconut and fry it until golden.
Fine paste with little water in the mix.
Heat another pan and fry onion in oil until TRANSPERENT.
Add the onion and fry again in the kaju different.
Piece of the potatoes, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.
1 cup water over low flame for 5-6 minutes, allow to cook.
When the potatoes are ready add the ground coconut.
Allow to boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves Curry Kaju's ready.
