- 200gm Khajur
- 50gm Dry fruits(Kaju,Pista,Badam etc)
- 2-3 tsp Ghee
Method:
Take out seeds and small - cut into small pieces cut in the palm.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Keep for 5-10 minutes, stir the palm. The dates are very soft and the butter begins to drop.
Put all the dry fruits and mix well.
Put the mixture on the flat surface and put a plastic roll with belan form for making chapati. Just like any burfis.
