- Bread Slices - 4
- Potatoes - 2
- Green Chili - 1
- Salt - To taste
- Red Chili Powder - ¼ tsp
- Garam Masala - 2 Pinches
- Mango Powder (Amchoor) - 2 Pinches
- Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Water in a cooker (only 2 whsitles) Boil the potatoes with.
Peel and mash them in a bowl.
Finely chopped green pepper, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, dried mango powder, add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Spread bread crumb mixture over the potatoes and cover with another piece.
Switch on the toaster and spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on it.
Place the filled bread slices and cook them until they become golden brown in color.
Serve hot with chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
