- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- 1 Potato
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 small Gourd
- ½ cup Rice Flour
- 1-½ cup Gram Flour
- 8-10 Ajwain Leaves
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Cut vegetables. Do not slice too thick or too thin vegetables.
In a bowl, rice flour, gram flour, salt, cumin, and turmeric powder and mix. Add enough water to make a batter of thick consistency.
Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add a tablespoon of oil to the batter and mix well.
Vegetables and dip in hot oil slide piece by piece. Fry on medium heat until golden brown.
Bhajias are ready to eat. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green sauce.
