BANANA IN MAPLE SYRUP:
- 1 horn banana- cut into 1 ½ cm slices
- 1 piece screwpine leaf- shred a bit, to let out the fragrant aroma, or you may substitute this with - 3 pieces cloves
- Maple syrup to taste
- A pinch of salt and  about 4 cups mineral water
Boil water, add in banana, screwpine and salt. When banana almost soften, add in maple syrup or brown organic sugar/ palm sugar
Serve hot or cold
